Service Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your hair service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review the concern.

Corrections may be offered at the stylist’s discretion and must be performed by Bethany Rose Hair Design in order to ensure the integrity and safety of your hair.

Because hair services are customized, time-based services, refunds are not offered once a service has been completed. However, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments when notified within the 7-day window.

Please note:

• Results may vary depending on previous color history, hair condition, and home care.
• Requests that differ significantly from the original consultation or service plan may require booking a new appointment.
• Chemical services that have been altered by another stylist or by at-home products after the appointment cannot be corrected under this policy.

By booking an appointment with Bethany Rose Hair Design, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to prepay future bookings.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service.

This policy allows us to respect the time of all clients.

Color Correction & Consultation Policy

What is a Color Correction?

Color correction is any service that requires significant adjustment to previously colored or chemically treated hair in order to achieve a new color goal.

This may include correcting:

  • uneven color

  • banding

  • box dye

  • over-processed hair

  • unwanted tones (orange, yellow, green, etc.)

  • dramatic color changes (dark to light, or light to dark)

Color corrections are customized services and cannot be booked as a standard                        color appointment.

Consultation Required

All color correction services require a consultation prior to booking.

During the consultation we will discuss:

  • your current hair condition

  • previous color history

  • realistic goals

  • estimated time required

  • estimated pricing

  • number of sessions needed

Because every situation is unique, final results may require multiple appointments.

Pricing

Color correction services are charged by time and product used rather than a flat service price.

The consultation will provide an estimated range based on:

  • hair length and density

  • existing color layers

  • level of correction required

  • amount of product needed

Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity discovered during the service.

Hair Integrity Comes First

The health of your hair is always the priority.

If the hair is determined to be too compromised to safely achieve the desired result, the service may be modified, postponed, or performed in multiple sessions.

In some cases, the safest option may be a gradual color transition rather than a single appointment transformation.

Multiple Session Expectations

Some color corrections require two or more appointments to safely reach the desired result.

This is especially common when:

  • removing dark or box color

  • transitioning from very dark to light

  • correcting severe banding or damage

Your stylist will create a long-term plan for achieving your goal while protecting hair health.

Honesty About Hair History

Clients must provide complete and honest information about previous color services, box dye, chemical treatments, or home remedies.

Undisclosed chemical history can cause unexpected reactions, breakage, or color results.

Bethany Rose Hair Design is not responsible for outcomes related to undisclosed hair history.

Deposits

Due to the length of color correction services, a deposit may be required to reserve                     the appointment.

Deposits are applied toward the final service total and may be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled without proper notice.

Results Disclaimer

While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, exact color results cannot be guaranteed due to the complexity of previous chemical services and individual hair characteristics.

Aftercare

Professional aftercare recommendations will be provided to help maintain the health and longevity of your color.

Following recommended aftercare is essential to maintain the results of a color correction.

Hair Transformation Expectations Policy

Major hair transformations are exciting, but they also require realistic expectations, patience, and a commitment to hair health.

At Bethany Rose Hair Design, our priority is achieving beautiful results while maintaining the integrity of your hair.

Inspiration Photos

Inspiration photos are welcome and helpful during consultations.

However, photos are used as a reference for tone, style, and overall direction, not an exact guarantee of results.

Hair results vary based on:

  • natural hair color

  • previous chemical services

  • hair texture and density

  • hair condition and strength

  • existing color layers

  • lighting in photos

Because every head of hair is unique, results may vary from inspiration images.

One Appointment vs. Multiple Sessions

Some transformations cannot safely be achieved in a single appointment.

Examples include:

  • dark to platinum blonde

  • removing box dye

  • dramatic color shifts

  • correcting previous color work

In many cases, the healthiest and most beautiful results are achieved gradually over multiple appointments.

Your stylist will recommend a safe plan and timeline to reach your goal.

Hair Health Comes First

Maintaining the strength and integrity of your hair is always the top priority.

If hair becomes too fragile during a service, the process may be adjusted, paused, or completed in additional sessions.

This ensures your hair remains healthy and prevents breakage.

Maintenance Expectations

Transformational color services often require regular maintenance appointments.

Maintenance may include:

  • toning

  • root touch-ups

  • gloss treatments

  • deep conditioning treatments

Your stylist will recommend an appropriate maintenance schedule to keep your color looking its best.

At-Home Care

Proper at-home care is essential to maintain transformation results.

Clients may be advised to use:

  • professional shampoos and conditioners

  • bond-building treatments

  • heat protection products

  • color-safe products

Using non-professional products may affect the longevity and tone of your color.

Patience & Partnership

Hair transformations work best when there is trust and open communication between client     and stylist.

The goal of every transformation service is beautiful, healthy hair.
